Q. When is your store open?

A. We closed the brick and mortar hockey store as of 8/29/2025 and are now exclusively selling online.

Q. Can you sharpen/profile my skates?

A. Click on the Shop/Sharpen/Profile tab for more info on skate sharpening. If you are looking for pick-up/drop-off service, please contact us first. If we don't know you, we need to vet you. Use the "chat now" button.

Q. Can you check the fit of my son/daughter's skates, helmet, etc?

A. Nope. Our inventory is warehoused, and we are not allowed to conduct business on the premises. At this time, we do not offer mobile proshop services. However, I can provide advice on checking the fit based on my 21+ years in the industry.

Q. I am interested in buying the shop. Can we talk?

A. Again, we closed the brick and mortar store, so the business is not for sale.

Q. How can I see your inventory?

A. We are currently working on transferring our inventory to our GoDaddy store (this site). Please check back, as we expect a bulk update soon. For any more frequently asked questions, feel free to reach out!
